Happy Halloween

Ok, my aunt gave Eric a great Thomas costume, but all of a sudden he became obsessed with Batman and insisted on that being him for halloween. My mom's friend had some cool black fabric and a pattern, so I went for it. Then we decided he needed a side-kick (Robin). Isaac says "bat" now.

They had a great time on halloween. Eric has been looking forward to it all month, he's been praying for Heavenly Father to "make it halloween", and he kept asking when it was. We've done tons of projects, and it's been a really fun month. We're a little scared about how much hype he'll have for Christmas, and it's still 2 months away!

We carved pumpkins. This is the Smith family emblem that my Grandpa designed years ago. My dad made him this cool pumpkin to put on his porch.

These are all the others. We kept them on the back porch so the boys could look at them. Mine is the dumb one with the huge nose. I can make a wedding cake, but when it comes to other things.....no talent! The most important one is the bat that Michael carved for Eric. He's pretty excited.
